Stashmark is an on-device bookmark manager. Your bookmarks stay on your device — we don't run servers or collect any personal information.

Short version
Stashmark stores all of your bookmarks on your device. We do not run any servers, do not collect any personal information, do not use analytics or advertising SDKs, and do not sell or share your data with anyone.
If you use "Backup to iCloud Drive" in Settings, a ZIP file containing your bookmarks is written to your personal iCloud Drive. That file is under your Apple ID and governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. It is not accessible to us.
When you save a link from another app via the iOS share sheet, iOS passes the shared URL (and, if the app provides it, a title) into Stashmark. Stashmark may fetch the page's Open Graph title/image from that URL to fill in the bookmark's details. This request is made directly from your device to the site you're saving.
Stashmark does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. The app has no social features, no user-generated content shared with others, and no communication features.
If we ever change this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, mention it in the app's release notes.
