Salah & Beyond is built to run entirely on your device. We don't collect, store, transmit, or sell any personal information.

Green Delta Technology LLC ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Salah & Beyond mobile application (the "App"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information when you use our App.

Summary

Salah & Beyond is designed to work entirely on your device. We do not collect, store, transmit, or sell any personal information. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party tracking SDKs in this App.

Information we use

Location data

The App uses your device's location to:

• Calculate accurate prayer times for your area
• Determine the Qibla (direction to the Kaaba) from your location
• Find nearby mosques and halal restaurants/grocers when you use those features

Your location is processed entirely on your device and is never transmitted to, or stored on, any server operated by us. When you use the Mosque Finder or Halal Finder features, your location is sent directly to Apple's MapKit service to search for nearby places — this request is governed by Apple's own privacy policy, not ours.

You can disable location access at any time in your device's Settings app. If disabled, prayer time, Qibla, and finder features will not function.

Preferences and settings

Your preferences (calculation method, notification settings, prayer time adjustments, etc.) are stored locally on your device using Apple's standard storage APIs (UserDefaults). This data never leaves your device and is deleted automatically if you delete the App.

Notifications

The App schedules local notifications on your device to remind you of upcoming prayer times. These notifications are generated and delivered entirely on-device — no notification content or schedule is sent to any external server.

Data sharing

We do not share, sell, rent, or trade any information with third parties, because we do not collect any information in the first place.

Third-party services

• Apple MapKit — used on-device to display maps and search for nearby mosques/halal places. Subject to Apple's privacy policy.
• Adhan calculation library (open-source, batoulapps/adhan-swift) — runs entirely on-device to compute prayer times and Qibla direction.

Children's privacy

The App does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. Since no personal data is collected at all, the App is safe for users of all ages with respect to data privacy.

Data security

Because all data remains on your device and is never transmitted to us, there is no server-side data for us to secure. Your data is protected by your device's own security features (passcode, encryption, etc.).

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
